Our story

HotDish began in 2015 when Lee Ann Fillebrown turned her love of cooking into a way to care for family and friends — easing the daily burden of preparing a good meal. The response was overwhelming, and in 2022 HotDish was revived with a renewed vision.

Today, founders Lee Ann and Parker Fillebrown run a chef‑led family business that brings that same care to school lunches: thoughtful menus, consistent quality, and food you can feel good about sharing.
